Because of the time difference, our working time is Monday to Friday from 19PM to 5AM EST(( 12pm to 10am BST).


The best time for us to contact our customers is from 19pm to 22:00pm EST(8am to 10am BST), it is possible that our phone calls may disturb some customers, we feel really sorry. if there is some problems with your order, and we cant contact us through email, we have to call to confirm the problem,hope you understand.

 

There is the chance that no one answers the phone when the customers call us,  that means we are off work at that moment, pls leave us a voicemessage, we will call you back as earlier as we come back to work. thank you.

 

In order to make our cooperation more smoothly, hope all the customers can leave us the correct email address and the valid phone number, so that we can fix the order problems quicker.
