sometimes our customers may find that he/she has paid for the order, but the order status still shows "unconfirmed" and "unpaid", what has happened to the payment?

If you pay through credit card, it usually takes 12 hours for our bank to process your payment(on weekend,it will take longer time to process as we are off duty on weekend), pls dont repeat to pay for your order if you find your payment is not confirmed immediateky, that means your payment is in process now.  after you make the payment, pls come back to our website 12 hours later to check your order status.

Once we confirm your payment on our website,you will receive an email containing your order number and your payment confirmation from "support@cosmeticsbulk,com "
Please use the order number when contacting support or customer service. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact customer service and request your order number. Please be sure to check your Junk Mail and add "sales@cosmeticsbulk.com " to your "safe sender list".

if you pay with visa card,your payment may be declined because of the safety factor,we will email to inform you and you can contact the bank to check the reason or pay in paypal.please leave your regular email address and we can contact you any time.Thanks.

 Also, within 24 hours,  one credit card can only be used once to pay for the order.
