11.How to cancel my order?
Normally once your order is created , you can not cancel it by yourself , if you would like to cancel or change your order , you need to let our cusotmer service do it for you.

Usually your order will be in one of the following three status:
1).unpaid order

if your order is unpaid , it is easy to cancel it.please email ,provide us your order NO. ,your user name and the reason why you want to cancel it .after our verification with your order information , we will cancel it and then reply you in 24 hours.

2).paid but unsent order
if your order is paid ,we need to check your order , if your order is unsent , we can cancel it for you and refund you , but we will charge you 10% of your order total as handling fee.because when you paid for us,at the same time ,paypal or credit card company charged us 10% of your order total as their handling fee.

3).paid and sent order
if your order is sent,sorry,we cant cancel it.

12.When I place my order,which address do I need to fill?
